a. Once the customer approves the final design proof, it is considered final and binding.
b. Any errors or discrepancies identified after approval are the responsibility of the customer.
c. Same Day Riverside reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms
a. Payment must be received in full before the commencement of any printing job.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. Refunds are not applicable once the design is approved for printing.
b. Cancellations are subject to review and may incur charges based on the stage of the production process.

5. Quality and Accuracy
a. Same Day Riverside strives to maintain high-quality printing standards.
b. The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing proofs for accuracy before approval.
c. In the event of an error on our part, Same Day Riverside will rectify the issue promptly.

6. Production Timelines
a. Production timelines commence upon receipt of final design approval.
b. Changes made to an order after approval may result in adjusted completion timelines.

7. Delivery and Pickup
a. Delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location.
b. Same Day Riverside is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Materials
a. Same Day Riverside is not responsible for the quality or outcome of customer-supplied materials.

9. Confidentiality
a. Same Day Riverside respects the confidentiality of customer information and designs.
b. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action in accordance with local laws.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction where Same Day Riverside is registered.
